Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy describes Vocue’s current controlled-beta service. Please contact us if you have questions about a particular deployment or data source.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Vocue collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when authorized organizations use the Vocue websites, portals, Chrome extension, and related services.
2. Information we process
- Account information: name, email address, organization, role, authentication identifiers, and user preferences.
- CRM information: authorized contact, lead, company, activity, and draft information from a connected customer relationship management system that is needed to provide the service.
- Calling information: phone numbers, call status, duration, disposition, and related operational metadata. Vocue does not claim to provide call recording or transcript analytics as part of the current beta.
- Company intelligence: company names, domains, supported public-source events, evidence links, jobs, news, website information, and generated Sales Briefs.
- User-provided content: GTM guidance, voicemail-drop recordings, outreach signatures, and other configuration supplied by an authorized user.
- Technical information: service logs, browser and request metadata, error information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide organization-scoped CRM, intelligence, calling, voicemail, administration, and draft-outreach workflows; maintain security and reliability; troubleshoot errors; support customers; and comply with applicable obligations.
Vocue creates outreach drafts for human review. It does not automatically send those drafts.
4. Chrome extension use
The Vocue Chrome extension operates within supported, authorized CRM pages. It uses browser capabilities needed to authenticate the user, display the Vocue workflow, retrieve authorized organization data, open supporting product or CRM surfaces, and maintain call state. Vocue does not sell Chrome extension user data or use it for advertising.
5. Service providers
We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf when needed for cloud hosting, authentication, data storage, authorized CRM operations, supported calling workflows, approved AI-assisted workflows, company-intelligence collection, security, monitoring, and customer support. These providers may process information only for the services they supply to Vocue, subject to applicable agreements and privacy obligations.
6. Organization control and account boundaries
Customer organizations control the business information they connect to Vocue. Vocue applies authenticated account and permission boundaries to supported workflows. Users should only connect information they are authorized to use.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. An authorized organization representative may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or required audit records for a limited period.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International processing
Vocue and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the user’s jurisdiction.
10. Children
Vocue is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
