Vocue documentation
A practical guide to turning verified company events into timely, evidence-backed sales action.
The Vocue action loop
Vocue identifies a qualified Tapping Event, explains WHY NOW, assembles a Sales Brief, and prepares the rep’s next action.
- Review the source evidence before outreach.
- Use the suggested opener, voicemail, email, or SMS as an editable starting point.
- Keep human approval in the loop before anything is sent.
CRM record experience
Vocue surfaces the latest qualified event on the relevant contact or company and retains prior events in history.
- Close remains the current production CRM experience.
- The HubSpot record-card and calling experience is under development.
- CRM links preserve the provider’s native record context.
Calling and VM Drop
Vocue’s calling workflow uses its existing telephony and call-state systems for outbound calls and voicemail drop.
- Confirm the correct contact and phone number.
- Select the intended voicemail before starting a VM Drop.
- Complete wrap-up and disposition after the call.
Generate Outreach
Generated outreach is grounded in the selected event, evidence, and CRM context. It is a preview—not an automatic send.
- Check names, dates, roles, and cited claims.
- Remove unsupported assumptions.
- Edit tone and channel length for the recipient.
Evidence and data quality
Source links explain why an event qualified. If a source describes a client’s event rather than the monitored company’s own event, report it for review.
- Do not rely on a headline alone.
- Distinguish the subject company from advisers, law firms, and partners.
- Use history to understand whether an event is new or previously observed.
