Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Vocue is currently offered as a controlled beta. These terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Vocue websites, portals, Chrome extension, APIs, and related services. By using Vocue, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. Authorized business use

Vocue is intended for authorized business users. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only with CRM, contact, telephone, and company information you are authorized to access and process.

3. Customer responsibilities

4. Human review

Company intelligence and AI-assisted content may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Vocue provides evidence and suggestions to support human judgment. Outreach output is draft-only and is not automatically sent. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every communication and business decision.

5. Connected services

Vocue depends on services supplied by third parties, including CRM, communications, cloud infrastructure, artificial-intelligence, and data providers. Your use of connected services remains subject to their terms. Changes or interruptions to a connected service may affect Vocue.

6. Beta service

During the controlled beta, features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Access may be limited to approved organizations and users. Vocue may suspend beta access when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

7. Intellectual property

Vocue and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Vocue the limited rights necessary to process that content and operate the service for you.

8. Restrictions

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, probe another customer’s data, resell the beta without authorization, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Vocue does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or the accuracy of third-party information or generated suggestions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the beta service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Vocue may restrict or terminate access for material violation of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the beta. Data requests may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
